The Diet Project

I've decided to embark upon a diet survey of sorts. Every month a new diet.

I have never followed a specific diet before, for any reason. The consequence being that I never really think about what I am eating, either what is in front of me at a specific meal or what I have consumed over a period of time. 

The project starts February 1, 2012 and continues for as long as I have ideas for diets to try and/or tolerance for doing this.

March - Kosher
April - Traveler
May - Vegetarian
June - Vegan
July - Lactose Free
August - Gluten Free
September - Paleo
October - Raw
November - Local
December - Minimum Wage
January - Around the World
